The Virtual Office plan is a very cost effective arrangement for a member who needs an address but not physical office space. Under the plan the member is entitled to use the DBS address and communication number on his visiting card and business communication. He is allotted an exclusive mailbox at DBS for the security of his courier and mail messages.
How can I establish a corporate presence - for example at Bangalore, being present in the office at Mumbai?
You don't have to even step out of your Mumbai office, much less, actually to go to Bangalore! As mentioned earlier, you can have your local representative collect your messages and communicate with your clients on your behalf. Alternatively, if we have special instructions from you, we could also arrange to have your messages redirected to you by courier or by fax. For example - we have an export company in the US operated by Mr Maheshwari. He has never come to India, and yet maintains an office identity through DBS, as he uses our address and numbers for receiving enquiries for his products. By retrieving his messages by fax/courier, he gets in touch with potential clients from all over India.

All mail/messages will be accepted/taken by our professional and experienced staff. The messages will be set aside for the member in the mail box allotted to him. These mails and messages can be forwarded to him at the desired arrangements - viz. daily, weekly or as and when received by phone, fax, mail, courier etc.

To avail of this facility the member has to be a Virtual Office member in each center. For example if a member enrolls for the Virtual Office plan in Mumbai then he can use only the Mumbai address and communication number. He can take multiple plans by paying the fees for the number of centers he desires to be a member of.
I want to be a Virtual Office Plan Member at multiple locations. Do I have to pay only one security deposit?
