DBS Opens biz center in Hyderabad

Aiming to emerge as a super market for services for
business people across the country, the Rs 100-crore
DBS Corporate Club is planning to expand its business
center facilities to mini-metros like Chandigarh, Nagpur,
Coimbatore, Pune in the near future.
DBS, which is part of the global alliance of Business
Centres Network, today formally opened its business
center in Hyderabad, its seventh state-of-the art business
center in the country.
Announcing the formal inauguration of the business
center here on Tuesday, Perveez Aggarwal, Managing Director
of DBS group, said the instant office and plug and play
services have been growing in popularity even among
lawyers, accountants and banks. The office facilities
and services provided by DBS centers include ready to
use office space with all the necessary facilities and
staff.
DBS Corporate Club which mainly caters to the MNC clients
like Intel, Compaq, Cisco, Coca Cola, Duesche Bank enjoys
100 percent occupancy at its Delhi center, 98 per cent
in Bangalore, 65 per cent in Chennai and 60 per cent
at its Hyderabad center.
Aggarwal disclosed that the company is expected to
rake in Rs 12 crore in profits in the current year and
would expand to include two new centers in the network
every year. Costing around Rs 6 crore, the new business
center in the city has 12 private offices and a conference
hall on the first floor. The second floor has nine offices
and third and fourth floors have 24 offices each with
other common facilities. Companies like Miscrsoft, Daewoo,
Canon, Oriflame, BHEL, TATA, Unisys among others have
been its clients at Hyderabad.
DBS is also now planning to offer a service through
which small businesses which typically operate out of
residences could offer DBS office addresses. Such clients
would be allowed to give the business centre’s
address for business transactions and related correspondence,
she said.
The instant office facilities provided by DBS business
centers are said to be ideal for the start up companies
among others. The company claimed that its centers in
Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore have helped
over 5000 companies set up their offices in India in
the last 24 years of its operations.
